Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by Master Your Trading Mindset (“MYTM”), operated by Telos Holdings Pty Ltd. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.

1. The Psychology Edge Guarantee

MYTM stands behind the quality of its programs. If you follow the program as instructed and do not experience measurable improvement in your trading psychology, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund under the Psychology Edge Guarantee, you must demonstrate all of the following:

  • Completion: You have completed all program content, modules, and exercises in full
  • Participation: You have actively participated in the community and sought support when needed
  • Documentation: You can provide evidence of your engagement, including completed journal entries, exercise logs, and attendance records
  • Good faith effort: You have applied the tools and frameworks as instructed for a reasonable period

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:

  1. Email support@masteryourtradingmindset.com with the subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Name]”
  2. Include your purchase receipt or order confirmation
  3. Provide documentation demonstrating your completion and participation (as outlined above)
  4. Describe why you believe the program did not deliver as promised

All refund requests will be reviewed by the MYTM team within 14 business days. We may contact you for additional information during the review process.

4. Refund Decisions

Refund decisions are made at MYTM’s sole discretion based on the evidence provided. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Upon refund, your access to all MYTM products, services, community spaces, and associated content will be revoked immediately.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You have not completed the program content or exercises
  • You cannot provide evidence of participation and effort
  • The refund request is submitted after the 30-day window
  • You simply changed your mind or no longer wish to participate
  • Your access was terminated due to violation of the Terms of Service (including community misconduct, account sharing, or intellectual property infringement)
  • You are requesting a refund for trading losses (MYTM is not liable for any trading outcomes — see Earnings Disclaimer)

6. Digital Products

MYTM products are digital in nature. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to digital content. Under the Australian Consumer Law, the right to a “change of mind” refund does not apply to digital products that have been accessed or downloaded. However, MYTM honours the Psychology Edge Guarantee as described above.

7. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services (if applicable), you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error or after a valid cancellation, contact support within 7 days of the charge.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting MYTM, your access to all MYTM products and services will be suspended immediately. MYTM reserves the right to contest any chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery.

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@masteryourtradingmindset.com before initiating any payment dispute so we can resolve the matter promptly.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded by agreement. If our Services fail to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian law, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

MYTM reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund rights for that purchase.
